How can I book a transfer?
Directly online on our website or via e-mail.
What advance booking deadline do I have to observe?
The booking of a transfer is usually possible up to 72 hours before arrival. Short-term transfers can be booked by telephone on request and subject to availability.
Can I also book a simple transfer?
Yes, you can also book a return transfer only.
Will other people also be transported in the vehicle I booked?
No, we only offer private charter transfers. The booked vehicle is reserved exclusively for you.
Rates and payment
Are the transfer prices per person or per vehicle?
The indicated transfer prices are always per vehicle, not per person.
How do I pay for my transfer?
The following payment methods are available:
Credit card (VISA- or Mastercard)
Bank transfer in advance
Cash payment to the driver
Is the tip already included in the transfer price?
No, the tour price does not include a tip. Our drivers always strive to provide you with the excellent standard of service for which our company is renowned. It is up to you to decide whether you wish to reward outstanding service from the driver with a tip.
How and when will I receive my travel documents?
After booking you will receive the confirmation/invoice by e-mail. A few days before the transfer you will receive an e-mail with the name and emergency contact details of the driver assigned to your transfer.
Where do I meet my driver?
All our transfers include the welcome service. At the arrival, your driver will be waiting for you after baggage claim as soon as you leave the security area. You can recognise him by the sign with your name or the company name given at the time of booking. For the return transfer to the airport your driver will wait for you at the address you requested or in the hotel lobby.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Flight tracking is included with our transfers. If you have given your flight number when booking, your driver can track your actual arrival time. If your flight is delayed, the pick-up time is automatically adjusted and you will be expected when your plane actually lands. A waiting time of up to 90 minutes is included in the price. In case of delays, € 25. 00 will be charged for each additional half hour started.
Will I be driven to my accommodation?
Yes, all our transfers are door-to-door. The driver will take you directly to the address you have given.
How do I find out my pickup time for the return transfer?
The pick-up time at the hotel will be calculated taking into account the departure time of the flight notified to us and local conditions (e. g. expected traffic volume) and sent to you a few days before the transfer with the contact details of your driver.
How many pieces of luggage can I take with me?
Per person 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage of the usual dimensions are included in the price. If you have more pieces of luggage or special luggage (instruments, sports equipment . . . ), please inform us when you book.
Do I have the possibility to book a child seat?
Yes, please tell us the age of the child. For babies we generally recommend that you bring your own baby car seat.
Can I cancel the transfer?
If you have to cancel the transfer, please inform us via e-mail. Cancellations are handled according to the cancellation conditions valid at the time of booking, which you will find in our General Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before booking.
Can I also book day tours in my holiday region through Steiner Touring?
Yes, in addition to the transfer service we also offer bus trips, a
