Your driver and tour guide will pick you up in the comfortable Executive Van directly from the hotel. The tour takes you to the Pragser Wildsee lake (1,496 m) in the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. The lake became world famous for its intensely luminous, emerald-green colour and for the imposing mass of the Seekofels (2,810 m) on the horizon. The Pragser Wildsee lake the largest natural lake in the Dolomites with a size of approx. 31 ha.
The first highlight of the tour is already waiting for you: the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of this unique landscape from the water. A boat trip on one of the handmade, nostalgic rowing boats is an unforgettable experience.
A short hike then takes you along the western shore of the lake and further along a wide, gently ascending hiking trail through the almost untouched Grünwaldtal valley. For lunch you will stop at the charming Grünwaldalm hut at 1,580 m above sea level. On the sun terrace you can enjoy local specialties. The idyllic alpine hut lies at the foot of the imposing Seekofel mountain in the middle of a spacious alpine meadow.
Strengthened, you start the way back. This takes you along the eastern shore of the lake close to the rock walls and opens up a new angle of view of the Pragser Wildsee. This walking tour is a popular route around this magical mountain lake and a unique natural experience.
On the way home there is the opportunity to taste typical locally produced specialities such as jams and cheeses and to buy them for the enjoyment at home. After this unique experience, your driver will take you back to the hotel.
