Benedictine monastery Marienberg and Reschensee lake

You will be picked up directly at your home by your driver in a comfortable Executive Van and will be driven to the Benedictine monastery of Marienberg at Burgeis. The monastery is located at 1,350 meters above sea level and is still inhabited by the Benedictines. In the museum " Ora et Labora" you can take a look at the life behind the walls of the monastery through films and objects. The museum also shows the monastic life according to the Rule of St. Benedict, the daily life of the monks today and their activities over the last centuries.

After the visit you continue the journey of about 15 minutes to Graun am Reschensee. The bell tower of the old village of Graun, rising out of the water, is a landmark of the Obervinschgau region. You have free time there.

In the afternoon you will be brought back home.
